Present the above documents to the post office and request "hand carried."

Upon receiving the sealed envelope stamped "hand carried," place this envelope into an Express Mail envelope along with Travco Processing Fee of:

• $100.00 for 3 - 5 Business Days.

Individuals under 16 years old:

Note: In the event applicant is unable to present proper identification, individual must appear with identifying witness (close relative recommended) who is a U.S. citizen of permanent resident alien who has known the applicant for at least 6 years (must present alien registration card). The witness must prove his or her identity and complete and sign an affidavit of identifying witness (form DS - 71, download from www.state.gov/m/a/dir/c4455.htm). You must also submit some identification of your own.

Note: All services are guaranteed completion within 48 hours upon receiving, providing all required documents are submitted. Airline tickets verifying proof of travel must be provided. Where personal appearances are, applicant would be escorted by courier through processing. Pickup and delivery service are included in service fees for Manhattan residents.
